Bobbie is the founder and one of the core promoters of Magnasoft. As the CEO, he provides vision and strategy for the growth of Magnasoft and is responsible for the company's overall performance. Since inception, he has supported the company in various capacities. In his last position as Vice President - Sales; he was responsible for developing and managing the company's sales operations in 4 continents.
Prior to Magnasoft, Bobbie founded St. Mark's CADD Services and established high quality and dependable AM/FM/GIS services on the global delivery model for several international groups in the energy, water and government sectors.
Shyam Ramamurthy

Shyam is currently the Head of Engineering for the Integrated Consumer Experiences Division (ICE) at Yahoo SDC. He is responsible for several Tier-1 global Properties of Yahoo - The Toolbar with 100 million + installs, my.yahoo.com the #1 portal in the personalizable start page (PSP) segment with 20 million+ users and global applications for the yahoo front page the biggest destination on internet.
He also led Yahoo Hotjobs engineering for over a year during which his team took the #3 recruitment portal in the US to the #2 position. Over the years, Shyam has built and high-performance teams and has delivered several 1.0 enterprise products at startups and large MNCs in the US and India such as Quark, Cygent, Oracle and Motorola.
Shyam has a degree in electrical engineering and his experience spans designing industrial robotics and automation systems to n-tier enterprise and internet applications.
Nagendra Rao

In his illustrious career spanning 30 years, Nagendra Rao has initiated and implemented HR best practices across global corporations like L&T, John Brown, American Data Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Cambridge Integrated Services Ltd. and Aviva Global Services. As a member of the Magnasoft Advisory Board Nagendra Rao advices the management for developing, implementing and leading Human Resources strategy to support the Company’s business objectives. Nagendra Rao holds a masters degree in HR and a university rank holder in economics. He is also a Life member of The National HRD Network, ISTD and a corporate member of National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM).
Sudharsan Gopalan
Senior Vice President, Global Sales
Sudharsan manages Sales & Business Development at Magnasoft. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Coimbatore University. He has over 13 years of professional Sales and Marketing experience ranging from product to service domains. His core competencies are in the field of developing sales & marketing strategies, key account management, channel management, international marketing and team management.
He has previously worked with organisations such as Bluestar Limited, Wipro Infotech and Ingram Micro India (P) Ltd.Amrutesh G. S

Amrutesh heads the Photogrammetry team at Magnasoft. He has 16 years of versatile experience in the areas of Photogrammetry, LIDAR, Orthophoto and GIS. In the past he has been associated with Tangerine Geoscience, Nobel Systems, Sonata and has headed a team of project managers at 3D (I) Technologies, USA. He is highly proficient in state-of-the-art software like SocetSet, KLT Atlas, Leica Photogrammetry Suite, SSK and VrOne.
Kunal Ashar
Head of Products, Solution Architecture
Kunal heads the products group and Solution Architecture, and drives the technology, teams, marketing, delivery and P&L of products at Magnasoft, including NorthStar and eSmart. He has 16 years of experience architecting enterprise-class systems and products, and building and managing teams that deliver products, solutions and services in GIS, SOA, BPM, CORBA, J2EE, e-commerce, internet based development, Web Services, Color Management, Image Processing, Financial Systems (Point Of Sale), Credit Card verification systems and Card Printer driver software.
Kunal spent nearly a decade building some of the world's most complex and most comprehensive products, systems and solutions, along with their teams and people, for some of the world's largest companies, including several Fortune 500 companies worldwide. Kunal joined Magnasoft from GloMantra Services, where he was the Head of Technology and Architecture. He has professional experience of working with such organisations like TIBCO, HCL, Datacard and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, having built and managed teams of people ranging from 5 to 50.
