He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology at Kharagpur, and an MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore.

He also led Yahoo Hotjobs engineering for over a year during which his team took the #3 recruitment portal in the US to the #2 position. Over the years, Shyam has built and high-performance teams and has delivered several 1.0 enterprise products at startups and large MNCs in the US and India such as Quark, Cygent, Oracle and Motorola.

Shyam has a degree in electrical engineering and his experience spans designing industrial robotics and automation systems to n-tier enterprise and internet applications.

Bobbie is the founder and one of the core promoters of Magnasoft. As the CEO, he provides vision and strategy for the growth of Magnasoft and is responsible for the company�s overall performance. In his last position as Vice President - Sales; he was responsible for developing and managing the company�s sales operations in 4 continents.

Prior to Magnasoft, Bobbie founded St. Mark's CADD Services and established high quality and dependable AM/FM/GIS services on the global delivery model for several international groups in the energy, water and government sectors.

Sudharsan manages Sales & Business Development at Magnasoft. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Coimbatore University. He has over 13 years of professional Sales and Marketing experience ranging from product to service domains. His core competencies are in the field of developing sales & marketing strategies, key account management, channel management, international marketing and team management.

He has previously worked with organisations such as Bluestar Limited, Wipro Infotech and Ingram Micro India (P) Ltd.

Kiran manages the data conversion and mapping solutions business at Magnasoft. Having over 16 years of focused experience in the GIS industry with proficiencies in data collection, data conversion and integration, he focuses on providing excellent customer service to Magnasoft's clients through regular client engagement.

He also spearheads Magnasoft's efforts in forging strong strategic alliances. He has been instrumental in forging strong relationships with our partners and clients, and his ability to conceptualize and deliver results to client in a consultative approach has added more value to our service model.

Amrutesh heads the Photogrammetry team at Magnasoft. He has 16 years of versatile experience in the areas of Photogrammetry, LIDAR, Orthophoto and GIS. In the past he has been associated with Tangerine Geoscience, Nobel Systems, Sonata and has headed a team of project managers at 3D (i) Technologies, USA. He is highly proficient in state-of-the-art software like SocetSet, KLT Atlas, Leica Photogrammetry Suite, SSK and VrOne.

Vilas heads the Application Development division at Magnasoft. An accomplished information services professional with extensive experience in bringing cutting-edge technology to corporate clients. Proven ability to conduct accurate needs analysis, solve problems, assess technical capabilities, build and motivate teams, manage projects and products.

He started his professional career with Cabinet Secretariat, Govt of India-New Delhi as a Deputy Field Officer and moved to CE Info Systems Pvt. Ltd. wherein he held various responsibilities ranging from data development, project management, pre-sales, and Product Management. He has been a major contributor in bringing in the GPS Navigation technology to the Indian consumer market. He has been involved in strategic alliances for bringing in major technology partnerships to the company.

He has very good understanding of the GIS domain with in-depth technology understanding of GIS products & services.

He has technology expertise Microsoft technologies like Visual C++, Windows CE/Mobile, eVC++, C#, GIS software like MapX, MapXtreme (.NET Version), ArcGIS 9, design software like OOAD, UML and Rational Rose, apart from the Project Management software MS-Project.

Kunal drives the technical and delivery architecture of solutions, applications and products at Magnasoft. He also heads the Product Development Division at Magnasoft. He has 13 years of experience architecting enterprise-class systems and products, and building and managing teams that deliver products, solutions and services in SOA, BPM, CORBA, J2EE, e-commerce, internet based development, Web Services, Color Management, Image Processing, Financial Systems (Point Of Sale), Credit Card verification systems and Card Printer driver software.

Kunal spent nearly a decade building some of the world's most complex and most comprehensive products, systems and solutions, along with their teams and people, for some of the world's largest companies, including several Fortune 500 companies worldwide.

Kunal joined Magnasoft from GloMantra Services, where he was the Head of Technology and Architecture. He has professional experience of working with such organisations like TIBCO, HCL, Datacard and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, having built and managed teams of people ranging from 5 to 50.
