    Our client is a leading LiDAR, Photogrammetry Services Company offering services for major development projects and has expertise in topography, photogrammetry, geomatics and land administration. They have worked extensively on projects in the Electric, Water and Wastewater, Urban Planning, Utilities and Transportation sectors. They work closely with several organizations in Europe.

    Objective
    The key objective of this project involved the extraction of Ground features and editing the Terrascan binary file and also surfacing points/break lines where all applicable, as ASCII grid format at 25 cm resolution with at least 20m overlap. The provided LiDAR data had low points and air points filtered and the ground Classified using automated Terrascan algorithms. However, the data required Validation and editing to produce a first pulse DSM (an all features model) and last pulse DTM (bare earth model).
