    Background and Objectives

    Our client is a leading GIS Services company offering expertise for major development projects and has expertise in topography, photogrammetry, geomatics and land law. They have worked extensively on projects in the Water and Wastewater, Urban Planning, Utilities and Transportation sectors. They work closely with several organizations in France and Europe and some of their clients include Institute Geographic National of France, Ordnance Survey in U.K., etc.

    Key Aspect of the Project

    The key objective of this project was to compile all DTM Features and digitizing all plannimetric features with respect to 1:5000 stereo plotting scale. The project-involved development of critical information, which would be used for study of the risk of floods for the specified region.

    Services Rendered and Methodology

    This project required our Photogrammetry specialist to undertake compilation of DTM feature map that made available information on risk of flood occurrences for the entire specified region. It spanned an area of 19000 hectares.
