    Background and Objectives

    The client is a full service organization specializing in GIS, cadastral / parcel mapping, aerial photography and photogrammetry. The client has been providing comprehensive mapping solutions to the local government and the private sector for over 75 years.

    Magnasoft is providing specialized services that involve the geometric construction of parcels to meet the US Public Land Survey System Standards (PLSS). Two different data conversion methods are being adopted, namely head-up & COGO.
