Development of customized alignment sheet generator tool for a large oil &gas company in Middle East.

Background and Objectives

Using ESRI technology, custom tools were developed for automation of Environmental Alignment Sheet generation using GIS based field dataset. Based on point, line and polygon features contained within a user defined extent, application allows placement of attributes in a layout view.

- Quick Alignment Sheet production that takes minutes as compared to days.
- Conversion of spatial data attributes from various spatial data sources originated from field/culture.

- Functionality to rotate the data frame to utilize maximum display area.
- Provides summary for queried attributes of the feature classes.
