Magnasoft and Origin GeoSystems (OGI) have formed a strategic alliance by which Magnasoft will use the OriginGIS software developed by Origin GeoSystems in its data conversion and consulting business, specifically for GIS data conversion, software implementation and integration projects. Magnasoft will also provide its technical expertise onsite to OGI projects. It has further been jointly agreed that Magnasoft will support promotion, sale and distribution of OriginGIS, an ESRI ArcGIS-based utility mapping solution to all the international markets where Magnasoft has its presence excluding US. Magnasoft currently has established offices in. India, US and Europe with a clientele spread across 6 countries. Magnasoft shall provide its strength of reach to OriginGis in gaining access to these markets.
