Focus Areas
Piping
All aspects of Piping Engineering comprising preliminary routing, preparation of a list of critical pipes, stress analysis, verifying
allowable limits and suggesting routing modifications. Also specifying location for all types of supports, preparation of data sheets for
supports and issuing final isometrics. We also undertake documentation of stress analysis work for the Client as well as for 3rd party
verification.
3D Modeling
Building a 3D model based on the client's piping specs, P&IDs, equipment details and layouts. Updating the Model with vendor data or
revised designs. Generate construction deliverables such as piping isometrics and MTO. Address specific client requirements on model/data
integration.
Process & Instrumentation
Updating P&IDs based on client's revisions and as built markups. We have specialists for Hazop review, Model review for safety,
constructability and operability.
Structural
Conceptualization, Modeling, Analyzing , Designing and Detailing for all types of structures such as pipe racks, and technological
structures. The deliverables being detailed structural Drawings and MTO. Also includes updating of plant 3D model.
Collaborative Engineering
During the execution, there will be online reviews between us and client project team, during which discipline Engineers will be the
norm. At every stage of extensive documentation will be done. Model review for Operability, Constructability and Safety issues will be
taken up at designated stages of the engineering progress, and the different levels of approvals. Our well equipped IT infrastructure and
design review systems meet the challenges of a truly collaborative engineering exercise that fits the needs of any global enterprise,
large or small.
