Our cadastral mapping technicians are familiar with varied types of property records including the Public Land Survey System (PLSS). The team is experienced in all aspects of cadastral conversion, ranging from straight CAD digitizing to full COGO assembly and topological GIS database creation.
Prior to kick-starting a parcel-mapping project, our senior mapping personnel meet with the client to review the project requirements and the status of the existing records. A procedural plan describing the project tasks, responsibilities, data sources, deliverables, and QC procedures is developed and provided to the client for approval. Mapping of a selected small pilot area is also typically performed and submitted to the client to verify the procedures and deliverables.
