Magnasoft’s employees are responsible for treating others with dignity and respect at all times. Employees must also attend and complete annual diversity awareness training to enhance their knowledge to fulfill this responsibility.
Any employee who exhibits inappropriate conduct or behavior toward others may be subject to disciplinary action. Anyone who experiences bias in the workplace that goes against the company’s diversity policy and initiatives is encouraged to speak up and get help from a manager or an HR representative.
